• The FreeStyle Libre 2 glucose monitoring system (CGM) alerts the user when their blood glucose is going to drop or rise.
• The system consists of a Libre 2 Plus sensor, which works for 15 consecutive days..

• You can use the Libre 2 Plus sensor with the LibreLink mobile application or a separate Libre 2 reader

• • The data is transmitted automatically to the LibreView cloud service from the mobile application.
  •  If you are using a Libre 2 reader, you can upload the data yourself in the LibreView cloud service or ask a healthcare professional to upload the data during your consultation.
• You can share your self-monitoring data with the healthcare unit through LibreView.
