The MiniMed 780G smart pump system adjusts the dosage of basal insulin automatically based on the sensor reading: If your glucose level is dropping too low, the system decreases the amount of basal insulin dosed or stops the dosing completely. If your glucose level is rising too high, the system increases the amount of basal insulin. The system adjusts high glucose levels automatically with a correction bolus function.

• The device is compatible with the Guardian 4 and SimpleraSync glucose sensors.
• You can share the collected data with your healthcare unit by sending the data to the Carelink cloud service from the MiniMed Mobile application.
