Easter Opening Hours at Fimlab Service Locations

Fimlab service locations have different opening hours during Easter. Our sample collection points are closed on public holidays (e.g., Good Friday and Easter Monday).

The Renko laboratory is also closed on Maundy Thursday, April 17th.

We measure the customer experience after sampling visits using the Net Promoter Score (NPS). The NPS score can range from -100 to +100. The higher the score, the greater the proportion of our customers who recommend our services. The value is based on approximately 2600 evaluations from March 2025.
