Fimlab Mustasaari will reopen its doors on 6 October 2025. The laboratory has been closed since March 2025 due to indoor air issues and renovation.

The laboratory will reopen in new premises within the health centre building: Fimlab Mustasaari will operate in rooms 92 and 93, next to the X-ray facilities. Due to the change of location, the closest entrance to the laboratory will now be entrance G.

Fimlab Mustasaari will operate by appointment only. In addition, sample containers can be collected and returned using a queue ticket. A machine for automatic collection and return of sample containers will be installed at the service location and taken into use later. Sample collection without an appointment will no longer be available at Fimlab Mustasaari.

The laboratory is open Mon–Fri from 7:00 to 14:30.

Fimlab’s consumer customers living in Ostrobothnia can visit any Fimlab service location in Ostrobothnia, Central Finland, Pirkanmaa, Kanta-Häme and Päijät-Häme.
