Fimlab’s Electronic Appointment Booking: Identification Service Suggests Enabling Suomi.fi Messages

Starting from May 12, 2025, there has been a change in the Suomi.fi identification service, which also affects our customers who identify themselves in Fimlab’s electronic appointment booking and mobile application: during identification, the Suomi.fi identification service will suggest that you enable Suomi.fi Messages if you are not already using them.

You can choose to enable Suomi.fi Messages immediately during identification. Alternatively, you may choose to skip this step, continue the identification as before, and enable Suomi.fi Messages later if you wish.

The change applies solely to the Suomi.fi identification service and is not connected to Fimlab’s services. Fimlab does not send Suomi.fi Messages or collect your contact details if you choose to enable Suomi.fi Messages.
