Service disruption on our website


There was a disruption in the Fimlab.fi online service, which prevented access to the site. The disruption started on Monday evening, 22 December, and was resolved on Tuesday evening, 23 December. During the disruption, the electronic appointment booking service (fimlab.vihta.com) operated normally.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We measure the customer experience after sampling visits using the Net Promoter Score (NPS). The NPS score can range from -100 to +100. The higher the score, the greater the proportion of our customers who recommend our services. The value is based on approximately 2000 evaluations from November 2025.
