Take the summary with you to the sampling, either in electronic or paper format. Fimlab has no access to OmaLabra summaries. You can send the OmaLabra summary to your email, print it out or show it on your mobile device. Our nurse will take samples from you according to the summary and record the tests in the laboratory system. You will also receive a printout showing the tests taken and their prices.
OmaLabra tests are subject to a charge. You can see the test-specific prices when creating an OmaLabra summary. As you add tests to the summary, you can see the service and sample collection fees included in the total price of the service. The total price printed on the summary includes only one visit by default. The summary that you have created does not commit you to anything.

We measure the customer experience after sampling visits using the Net Promoter Score (NPS). The NPS score can range from -100 to +100. The higher the score, the greater the proportion of our customers who recommend our services. The value is based on approximately 2600 evaluations from March 2025.
