Accessibility
All our service locations are accessible. Any of our service locations that are located on upper floors can be accessed by a lift. You can call our customer advice service if you need any help with your laboratory visit. Our customer advice service workers will book the appointment for you and arrange your arrival with the laboratory staff. We provide service in Finnish, Swedish and English. If you need any interpretation services in our laboratory, please contact the healthcare unit that referred you to laboratory tests.
Our largest service locations have installed audio beacons to help our visually impaired customers with registration. Service locations with audio beacons:

The cost of phone calls
The customer pays the operator for the phone call according to the following principles: calls made from a domestic landline are subject to a local network charge, calls made from domestic mobile subscriptions are subject to a mobile call charge, when calling from abroad, the price is determined by the local operator. The exact price of the phone calls is determined by the customer’s subscription agreement with the telephone company.
