Lipid profile is not just a cholesterol test, as it also includes the most important examinations which assess your lipid metabolism as a whole. Lipids are analysed from a blood sample, which is collected after 10–14 hours of fasting. Do not eat anything or drink anything other than water during the 10–14 hours before sample collection. We measure the customer experience after sampling visits using the Net Promoter Score (NPS). The NPS score can range from -100 to +100. The higher the score, the greater the proportion of our customers who recommend our services. The value is based on approximately 2600 evaluations from March 2025.
