Hb-A1C reflects the average blood glucose level in the 2–3 months before the test. Long-term blood glucose monitoring at a laboratory at every 3–6 months, for example, complements self-monitoring and helps with treatment planning. Long-term blood glucose monitoring is done by taking a blood sample. The test does not require fasting or sampling in the morning. We measure the customer experience after sampling visits using the Net Promoter Score (NPS). The NPS score can range from -100 to +100. The higher the score, the greater the proportion of our customers who recommend our services. The value is based on approximately 2600 evaluations from March 2025.
