Occasional disruptions in our customer advice service and appointment booking phone line
There were occasional disruptions on 21 January 2026 in Fimlab’s customer advice service and appointment booking phone line. These disruptions prohibited some callers to access the phone service. The technical issue was resolved during the afternoon of 21st January.
The electronic appointment booking service (fimlab.vihta.com) was operating normally.
