Fimlab will carry out changes to its appointment booking system on Thursday, 7 May 2026. The work will cause a temporary outage in the electronic appointment booking service. Due to the outage, it will not be possible to book, change, or cancel appointments electronically between 18:00 and 21:00.

We measure the customer experience after sampling visits using the Net Promoter Score (NPS). The NPS score can range from -100 to +100. The higher the score, the greater the proportion of our customers who recommend our services. The value is based on approximately 1700 evaluations from June 2026.
