Have your say on the choice of insulin pen needles – take part in product testing!

People living in Kanta-Häme, Central Finland or Pirkanmaa who use insulin pen needles as part of a multiple daily injection regimen have an opportunity to influence which insulin pen needles the wellbeing services counties will purchase for people with diabetes in the future.

Insulin pen needles are currently being tendered for the wellbeing services counties of Kanta-Häme, Central Finland and Pirkanmaa. Users of insulin pen needles can take part in product testing and provide feedback on the products. The feedback will be used as part of the quality assessment of the medical supplies to be procured.

How to participate:

Collect the insulin pen needles for product testing from the collection point in your area. Five needles of each product being evaluated will be provided for testing. Use the needles as you normally would as part of your insulin treatment and evaluate your experience using the product testing form. Return the completed form to Fimlab in the return envelope.

The feedback will be processed anonymously and used solely to assess the quality of the products as part of the procurement process.

A limited number of products are available and will be distributed subject to availability.
