Fimlab’s service location in Tesoma, Tampere, will close on 30 October 2026. In the future, Fimlab’s services in western Tampere will be concentrated at the new Fimlab Lielahti service location, which will open to customers in December 2026 at the Like shopping centre.

Fimlab Lielahti is a modern service location offering customers a wide range of convenient laboratory services, including rapid blood sample collection and an automated pick-up and return unit for sample containers.

The Like shopping centre is centrally located in a rapidly growing area with excellent transport connections.

With the opening of Fimlab Lielahti, the walk-in queue number service for sample collection at Fimlab Ylöjärvi will be discontinued. Customers at Fimlab Ylöjärvi will continue to be able to use services by appointment. Sample containers can still be collected and returned using a queue number or via the sample container vending unit at Fimlab Ylöjärvi.

Residents of the Pirkanmaa region may use any Fimlab service location regardless of their place of residence.
