Fimlab Laboratoriot Oy is responsible for the high quality of its operations and the services it provides, so that the needs of its clients are met reliably, efficiently and economically.
In our in-house control plan, we describe the quality conditions, quality requirements and quality management methods for our services. By acting in accordance with our in-house control plan, we ensure the quality of our services and the safety of our clients and patients.
Our competence is also certified according to the requirements of the International Standard for Medical Laboratories SFS-EN ISO 15189:2022. The scope of competence includes a wide range of analytical work in clinical chemistry, haematology, microbiology, pathology and genetics at the Tampere central laboratory, as well as sampling at various service locations. Self-monitoring plan
Fimlab’s self-monitoring plan supports our laboratories’ daily sample collection and diagnostics tasks. The self-monitoring plan is a tool for monitoring, evaluating and developing the quality and safety of our services.
