Fimlab’s reputation among the general public has strengthened, according to the Trust & Reputation 2026 study. We are once again among the most reputable social and healthcare organisations in Finland.

This spring, Fimlab participated for the third time in the Trust & Reputation study conducted by T-media, which assesses social and healthcare organisations among the Finnish public. According to the study, Fimlab’s strengths are particularly reflected in high-quality products and services, reliability and responsible operations, as well as strong professional expertise.

The study shows that reputation has a direct connection to stakeholder behaviour and trust.

– Trust is built in everyday encounters. It is encouraging to see that this is also reflected in the results. We will continue to develop our services and strengthen cooperation with our customers and partners, says Service Director Sanna Määttänen.
