Whistleblowing channel

We want to ensure that Fimlab’s own operations and its supply chains comply with relevant legislation and the company’s Code of Conduct. We encourage you to report any serious misconduct or suspicions thereof without delay. You can report any misconduct confidentially through our whistleblowing channel. You can file the report anonymously.

The report is processed confidentially and in line with relevant data protection legislation. The information falls under Fimlab’s administration register. Read more about Fimlab’s privacy policy.

When should I file a report?

The whistleblowing channel is intended for reporting serious misconduct. The report must be filed honestly and in good faith. Misuse of the whistleblowing channel is a serious offence.

How do I file a report?

You can report misconduct in many ways. Fimlab’s personnel are encouraged, in the first place, to communicate transparently with their supervisor. For the representatives of other stakeholders, the primary point of contact is their contact person at Fimlab. You can also file a report through this whistleblowing channel.

All reports filed through the whistleblowing channel are processed confidentially. When you file a report through the whistleblowing channel, you will receive a code that allows you to monitor the processing of your report and message anonymously with the processor.
