Disruption in our customer advice service phone line

There was a disruption in the telephone number for Fimlab’s customer service and appointment booking during the morning of 23 April 2026, which meant that we were unable to assist all customers calling our customer service.

The disruption was resolved in the afternoon of 23 April. There may still be congestion in the service even after the disruption has been resolved.
