Mailing of examination result letters to private customers has ended

Kanta-Häme Central Finland Päijät-Häme Pirkanmaa Ostrobothnia

Fimlab no longer send examination results to adult customers using a private doctor’s referral or OmaLabra referral by mail to their home. Examination results can be viewed electronically via the OmaKanta service and the Fimlab mobile app. Examination results for underage private customers (0–17 years old) will continue to be sent home by post.

We measure the customer experience after sampling visits using the Net Promoter Score (NPS). The NPS score can range from -100 to +100. The higher the score, the greater the proportion of our customers who recommend our services. The value is based on approximately 1900 evaluations from March 2026.
